blahblaahbalh

Forbes has published this year’s list of the highest-earning celebrities and the top of the pack shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Kylie Jenner and Kanye West lead the way with $590 million and $170 million earned in 2020, respectively.

Jenner benefited from selling a 51 percent stake in her cosmetics firm in January and recently-revealed details of Kanye’s deal with adidas have made ’Ye a certified billionaire.

What’s more interesting, though, is that the top 10 is dominated by athletes. After Jenner and Kanye, three athletes — Roger Federer, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Lionel Messi — fill the rest of the top five. Neymar (ranked 7th) and LeBron James (ranked 9th) make it five athletes out of the top 10.

Federer is the highest-earning athlete of the year for the first time, thanks to a robust portfolio of partnerships and endorsements. CR7 is the most-followed person in the world, at over 200 million on Instagram, so it stands to reason he features high up on the list. Not much separates the three highest-earning athletes, though, as Federer has raked in $106.3 million, Ronaldo $105 million, and Messi $104 million.

LeBron James made just shy of $90 million at $88.2 million. The rest of the top 10 is as follows: Tyler Perry ($97 million), Neymar Jr. ($95.5 million), Howard Stern ($90 million), and Dwayne Johnson ($87.5 million).
