Following years of delays, 20th Century Fox and Marvel Entertainment are finally gearing up to release their anticipated X-Men spin-off, The New Mutants. The original horror-thriller is directed by Josh Boone and stars Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Heaton, Alice Braga, Blu Hunt, and Henry Zaga.

The New Mutants is set in an isolated facility where a group of young mutants are being kept for psychiatric monitoring. Among them are a Scottish girl who can transform into a wolf (played by former Highsnobiety cover star Maisie Williams), a levitator by the name of Sam (played by Stranger Things' Charlie Heaton), a teleportation expert (played by Anya Taylor-Joy of The Witch, Split, and Glass), a solar power manipulator (played by Henry Zaga), and a girl who can co-opt a person’s dreams (played by Blu Hunt). These transformative teenagers are being held to prohibit them from unleashing their powers on the outside world.

The New Mutants was originally shot in the summer of 2017, but due to copyright issues among other setbacks, the film had been postponed until now. You can look forward to the X-Men spin-off releasing in theaters April 3.
